In 2019, we dealt with the communication and press office of this international event for the first time. The
Panettone World Championship is the international championship that aims to reward the best traditional artisanal panettone in the world. It takes place every two years and after the success of the trial edition, a new appointment is scheduled for 2021.

The location chosen to host the finals is HostMilano, the 42nd edition of the world trade fair dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality that takes place every two years and offers everything needed for a successful venue: from raw materials to semi-finished products, from machinery to equipment, from furnishings to the table, with an in-depth look at
trends, technologies, and innovations. Instead, the semifinals will be hosted at the Parma-based Alma Scuola di Cucina Internazionale di Cucina Italiana.
