In 2019, we dealt with the communication and press office of this international event for the first time. The Panettone World Championship is the international championship that aims to reward the best traditional artisanal panettone in the world. It takes place every two years and after the success of the trial edition, a new appointment is scheduled for 2021.

The location chosen to host the final is HostMilano, the 42nd edition of the fair dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality. It takes place every two years and highlights all the products needed for a successful venue. From raw materials to semi-finished products, from machinery to equipment, from furnishings to the table, with an in-depth look at trends, technology, and innovation. The semifinals will be hosted at the Alma International Cooking School of Italian Cuisine based in Parma.
