È autentico cioccolato

We took care of the national press office and the PR of the book “E autentico cioccolato (It is authentic chocolate)” (Linea Editioni 124 pages, € 20.00 with a preface by Oscar Farinetti and vivid images by Fabio de Visintini), by Rossana Bettini, food and wine journalist, docent of Educazione del Gusto (Studies in Taste). In the book, the journalist tells the whole truth about the chocolate we find on supermarket shelves, which is not always completely authentic.

The objective of the communication is to offer visibility to the new book written by the journalist on a national level, especially in newspapers, magazines and media dedicated to food.

“I love to eat and I love good food, healthy, unaltered and minimally processed, food I recognize – says the author – I write, telling the truth without hiding behind the veil of compromise. So little is known about chocolate, so I decided to write a book to talk about this precious product. I provide a sort of “toolbox”, the set of tools necessary to recognize really good and healthy chocolate, to decode its characteristics, to know how much we can eat with peace of mind for the waistline and enjoyment for the taste buds ».
