Executive Chef, Consulting Chef & Food Stylist

The chef combines his activity as Executive Chef with that of Consulting Chef and Food Stylist. Trovato founded the “Trovato Food Project”, a company engaged in consulting activities for the start-up of catering activities. They begin from the concept of the restaurant, sizing up the competitors and the potential of the territory, offering a staff recruiting service, menus and wine lists, technical and creative support. He is president and teacher of the Italian Federation of Professional Personal Chefs, whose focus is on the qualification and enhancement of this professional figure through training courses, internships and meetings.

We took care of the strategic consultancy for external communication for Chef Giorgio Trovato from 2014 to 2016.

The mission was to schedule an annual press office and PR activity aimed at communicating the research and use of hemp sativa in the kitchen.

The Flying Chef

organized in collaboration with Fausto Arrighi

The Flying Chef event was organized with Chef Giorgio Trova, organized in collaboration with the former director of the Michelin Guide, Fausto Arrighi. One-to-one press visits were held with journalists and national influencers. In 2014, we organized a photo shoot, in collaboration with the Milan atelier Couture Hayez to create a shooting location at Il Convito di Curina in Castelnuovo Berardenga (Siena – Tuscany), a restaurant with which the chef collaborated. In 2015 Chef Trovato made a demo at the Congusto Gourmet Institute in Milan.
