For ANDStudio we collaborated
in the inauguration of Carlo Moretti’s flagship store
in Murano.

The project drew inspiration, as for the other single-brand stores in Venice, Milan, Kitzbuhel and Tokyo, from the style of the first Venetian shop in San Moisè designed in 1979. The preview included a visit to the traditional and evocative Moretti furnace on the island of Murano, customarily suited to glass processing. Journalists and the audience attended the work of the glass masters who embody the ancient art of working the material and blowing glass in their gestures.
The public had the opportunity to witness the activity of these historic figures in which creativity, knowledge of materials, rigor, knowledge and technique coexist.
