In 2020 we took on the task of dealing with the press office and institutional communication and with the online and offline media of the Academy of Lievito Madre and Italian Panettone. We accepted the assignment with the mission of enhancing the visibility of the Academy, accrediting it with the media among the top national and international references in the field of leavened products and panettone.

We were responsible for the press office for the official presentation of the Academy of Lievito Madre and Italian Panettone, which took place at the Gastronomy Hub in Parma.

The Academy

The Academy of Masters of Lievito Madre and Italian Panettone brings together Masters of Lievito Madre, pastry chefs, pizza chefs and bakers with “proven skills” in the knowledge and processing of mother yeast. They are the ambassadors in the world to protect the quality of mother yeast and leavened products, including panettone. Established in a very difficult and delicate moment from an economic and social point of view, the Academy aims to protect the quality of the many Italian artisans, starting from the belief that it is essential to team up, create synergies and look to the future.

What we do:

  • Media kit
  • Drafting of press releases following the activities of the Academy of Lievito Madre and Italian Panettone
  • Editorial programming on social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram
  • Consultancy in continuous external communication to create a coordinated image to the public

The identity

Protect, spread, increase awareness and knowledge of made in Italy leavened products, and more. The purpose of the Academy, born from the impetus of a small group of Masters of Lievito Madre, is also to promote and safeguard the use of quality artisan raw materials to defend the excellence of Italian products throughout the world.
